All of us who’ve placed our faith in Jesus want to share him with others. And why wouldn’t we? It’s great news! But the word we use for this—evangelism—comes with a lot of baggage.

Traditional models of evangelism can assume that a person is open, interested, and waiting for someone to provide perfect answers to their most pressing spiritual questions.

But what if a person isn’t open or even really all that interested? In recent years, we’ve learned that people cross many spiritual thresholds before seeking answers to their questions about God.

We believe that outreach ministry in the workplace hinges on creating environments that unchurched people actually want to attend.

It is our mission to partner with individuals and organizations worldwide to create these safe, attractive, and nonthreatening environments.
